Dylan Gates, a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, knows firsthand the challenges and inefficiencies of University Housing. As a proven entrepreneur and strategic thinker, Dylan recognized a glaring gap in the student housing market while on assignment in Memphis, Tennessee. A university needed hundreds of rooms cleaned within just a few days, yet no local or national provider could deliver the scale, speed, and affordability required.
